Aug. 14 - Three Industry Experts Join Spaceport Camden Education and Workforce Subcommittee

August 14, 2018 – The Camden County Board of Commissioners appointed three additional members to the Spaceport Camden Education and Workforce Subcommittee. The board unanimously voted to add Dr. John E. Bradford, Jane Kinney, and Anthony J. Piplica to the Education and Workforce Subcommittee. 
Dr. John E. Bradford is the President and Chief Operating Officer for SpaceWorks Enterprises, Inc.; Jane Kinney is the Assistant Director of the Commercial Spaceflight Federation; and Anthony J. Piplica is the Chief Executive Officer for Generation Orbit. All three new subcommittee members represent the space commerce community and their presence will add to the workforce component of the committee’s duties. 
“The wealth of knowledge these members bring to the already wide-ranging experience of the Spaceport Camden Education and Workforce Subcommittee is a tribute to the importance of this opportunity,” said County Administrator and Spaceport Camden Project Lead Steve Howard. “This subcommittee’s work is critical to ensuring that Camden County residents are able to take advantage of the new job prospects in the aerospace industry and that we can continue to provide world-class talent to space operators.”
